I was worried about who to go with for dog insurance but am so glad I went with Bought By Many, our dog has had to have operations and numerous vet visits, they have paid out every time, straight to the vets, it’s straight forward to put a claim in online. We pay zero excess too! When renewal came I was worried it would go up but it only went up by a small amount. They have been brilliant and I’ve recommended them to lots of people. Good Value Packages

Used to use other major brand insurance, but after getting a 3rd dog and my policy price increase I checked elsewhere and found BBM giving me the same price for my 2 dogs with my original insurance for my 3 dogs now plus the package was more inclusive plus free vet Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Helpful customer service

When we needed to claim for a heart scan for our little dog the customer service was excellent, all done over the phone and they liaised directly with our vet and settled the claim with them. Our dog is our first pet and when shopping around for insurance I had little to go on but other reviews and price. Bought By Many were competitively priced and the views were good too. I have not been disappointed. The claims process is smooth, simple and quick. I’ve been pleased with some of their customer offers and referrals too. Highly recommended.
