No.1 choice

I decided to get a quote from Bought By Many after a recommendation from a friend, and have not been disappointed, the website is easy and clear to use and have recently added another policy for a second pet. Highly recommend Bought by Many

We got a puppy back in May, when we took her to the vet for her second vaccine we discovered she had parasitic infection (Giardiasis). Bought by Many were brilliant, kept us up to date at all times with what was going on with her claim. We had to claim twice with this infection. Thank you Bought by Many for everything. Quick and efficient processing of claims

We have insurance for our pet dog with BBM and have made 2 claims now over the 3 years. The website gives you all the information you need and is easy to use. Also - I spoke with an advisor on the phone to clarify some dates. The woman was helpful and able to answer my queries, and there was no long wait to get through. We found the claims process to be really straight-forward and once submitted we got regular updates by email to say they'd contacted our vet, and when the claim was approved, the amount due to us, and when it would be paid. Easy, efficient and quicker than we'd expected especially as the second claim was made just after lockdown. We find their rates to be competitive and have only had positive experiences. Great pet insurance

Straight Forward

On the two occasions where I've need to claim for my dog, the claims process was extremely easy. BBM contacted the vets on my behalf and I was kept up to date throughout the process. Claims went through without any hiccups. My premium even went down after my first year with them even though I had made a claim. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Excellent customer service and insurance

We have been very pleased with the insurance we chose for our little girl. We also loved having the free first vet app and have used it during lockdown. No fuss!

There when I thought I was going to loose my beautiful dog

My cockerpoo had 7 gorgeous puppies, but......it did not go to plan and there was a emergency that us as a family never thought would happen as her puppies delivery was going so well. When I called bought by many the lady on the other end was fantastic and guided me through every step of what happens next. I called a few times and every time the person on the other end was sympathetic and helped me as much as they could. Everything was ok in the end but I have recommended bought by many to many friends and family as without doubt a fantastic company I trust and be with for throughout my pets life. Brilliant Communication!!

I have to claim for one of my dogs, Gracie-Mae, for her Arthritis medication, I have regular emails to say when each claim has been approved, asking who I would like the money to be paid to & they also sent me a reminder when the Direct Debit is due to go out. I've been with a few other companies & I had absolutely NO communication from them whatsoever except to tell me that it was renewal time & that the renewal was virtually double that of the first year!! With Bought By Many I know that there isn't going to be absolutely Massive price hikes & that I can trust them 100% to not swindle me, unlike a few of the other Insurance Companies I could name. I have recommended Bought By Many, MANY, MANY times not just by word of mouth but also on a lot of the Doggy Social Media platforms I am a member of. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
