Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Great price for the cover offered

Great price for the cover offered, and the yearly 20% premium refund is great, if you haven't made a claim. Great update emails with hints and tips, and pet health information, and the free 24/7 vet line is a bonus! Reviewed on: 5th October 2024

No quibbles!

A very happy customer but an even happier dog.

Easy to contact the customer service team.Very prompt on dealing with enquires and or any issues that may arise.Very quick to rectify things. Very understanding and accommodating. Many options available to suit all budgets and all policy information is informative and not misleading in anyway.Always worth a call if you don't see exactly what your looking for give the team a call. The team are very helpful overall no matter how small or big the problem may be. .Would highly reccomend.i have not been paid nor am I employed by many Pets..merely a happy customer and happy pooch knowing I'm covered by many Pets insurance.Thanks again team.
