No.1 choice

I decided to get a quote from Bought By Many after a recommendation from a friend, and have not been disappointed, the website is easy and clear to use and have recently added another policy for a second pet. Highly Recommend!

BBM were very thorough and helpful when we had to make a claim for our puppy. Having already been slightly traumatised at what our puppy was going through, we also had to deal with the financial burden of this. BBM were so helpful and relieved any pressures we had. In addition the 24 hour access to a First Vet which comes with our policy has been a god send! They are so different from any other insurance company I’ve been with before and really pride themselves on helping their customers. They reached out to us on social media at one stage too and I honestly felt I was dealing with a friend than anyone else. As well as being incredible value for money and worth every penny spent, their customer service is fantastic. Highly recommended, minimal fuss

Totally Pet & People focused

Their staff are so knowledgeable about Bought By Many and all its services.They are also very understanding,helpful and supportive during what is a distressing time for any pet owner.It gave me peace of mind that my pets are covered by them. Brilliant based on multiple claims!

Unfortunately I've had to claim many many times for my young dog running into over 20k of vets bills and Bought by many have always paid with no issues. have no worries at all they are brilliant

In the loop 24/7

Owning your first pet is scary enough without the worry of last minute trips to the emergency vets and a Global pandemic. Like any new (pet) Mum, I panicked for my puppy as well as the unknown bill amounts. Thankfully, I prepared for this moment and got my insurance through Bought By Many, who with one quick online form was able to process my claim. I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process and they do all the messing/chasing around vets for you. Couldn’t be happier with my choice of insurers. Fast and fair

Bought by many has developed a very straight forward method of making on line claims, they respond quickly - no need to chase and their deductions are in line with the terms I had agreed to in my policy. My puppy did not have a great first year health wise so I had some experience with claiming. I'm hoping this will be better year for him! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
