Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Could not ask for better service

Bought by Many have been fantastic every time I have submitted a claim. From the ease of submitting straight from my phone, to the regular text updates on progress to the super fast approval and payment, they really are second to none. Purchasing your 1st pet insurance can be a bit baffling if you've not done it before, what should I insure for , how much should I insure my pet for. What is the prices that I should pay. The most PAWSOME pet insurance by far.

My Django is nearly 2years old & I only recently claimed for the first time. Not knowing much about claims everybody was was so helpful & friendly to help me put the claim through. Quick and easy service

Brilliant pet insurance
