Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Very Good Pet Insurance

I think the company seems good and in my limited experience, have managed to get answers when needed and my couple of claims have had favourable response. My only concern is that the prices seem to increase considerably year on year irregardless of whether you make a claim or not. I do think access to First Vet is a good first line of help. Many pets have always been extremely helpful, very pleasant and friendly. I would and have recommended them. When ever i have needed to speak to them for support or for help with claims, the person at the other end of the phone has made me feel at ease and i know that i will always get a caring responce in a time of worry. Happy Dog Mom!

Excellent customer service. Very polite, caring and helpful at a time when I needed it. I have 4 dogs but unfortunately my little Louie passed away. Claiming my vet bills was made easy with ‘Many Pets’ and was settled very quickly. I have since had another dog who will be added to my policy.
