When I had an appointment with the vet she was great explaining every thing we needed to know about our dog.We found all the staff were very helpful and welcoming.The reception is well layed out with plenty of staff to help your needs. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Helpful and caring company.

Our 4 year old border collie was unfortunately diagnosed with lymphoma. A call to many pets and they assured me all costs were covered and they dealt directly with Blaise Oncology clinic and our vets for me. Luckily I had chosen a good policy which meant all costs were covered and thankfully Branston is now in remission and doing great. All claims have been paid within 6 weeks.
