Couldn’t open an online account

I opened an online ISA account. The account was then suspended for an unknown reason. When I enquired again, I was given an activation key. However there was nowhere on the page to enter this. I tried several times and on the last attempt was told someone would call me but no one did. Disappointed by the experience which wasted a whole morning of my time. System seems very clunky ie. When entering some numbers you have to constantly click on the number button on the keyboard as you enter each number. Good rates offered but no good to me if I am unable to setup an account!
