Repayment mortgage transfer to interest only

Melton were really helpful changing our repayment mortgage to interest only while we complete our self build. Our transfer was handled by Caitlin Clater really helpful kept us informed during the whole process from start to finish. We've been on a journey with the Melton and we eventually should be mortgage free can't praise them enough for their help Reviewed on: 26th April 2022

Awesome Self build Mortgage company

The great thing with dealing with smaller building societies is the care and attention they give to their customers. Whilst they have their processes and compliance to adhere to, they complete it in a friendly and helpful way. Our overall experience has been exceptional from start to finish. Underwriting was a little wobbly putting unfeasible deadlines on us at one point but once we spoke to them they gave us more realistic ones. The team in completions who pay us the interim payments could not be more helpful if they tried and finally when we came back for some more money as materials and costs have escalated our advisor Angie was fabulous.
