The Melton are brilliant. Both when we arranged our mortgage and more recently, when we needed an extra loan, their staff got to know us well and offered really helpful advice, going well beyond what they needed to do and really caring. I was having difficulty with a Mortgage for a house that was being renovated. A lot of information was being requested but once I sent an e mail to Senior Management everything was sorted very quickly.
