Friendly helpful staff

Self build done better!

I would recommend Melton as I had to use them for a client of mine for their self build project. Melton guided both of through a tricky process with constant help and guidance at all stages. I must have been on the phone daily between clients and Melton and they just made what could have been a stressful process an absolute breeze. Well done Melton Reviewed on: 13th December 2019

exceptional customer service

I contacted them with an unusual request relating to the Welcome Hamper they sent to our new house. That in itself was impressive and very customer centred. This afternoon they have replied by phoning back and emailing me information - and on a Friday afternoon as well. Pat yourselves on the back Melton BS. Reviewed on: 11th October 2019

BTL Mortgage

At first we thought Melton were a touch OTT with requesting tenancy documents and charging an admin fee. Thats the negative. After that its all positive. Competitive rates and really good customer service. Its good to have the same human more often than not dealing with your case. In our case it was Angie Evans who has helped us through the past 5 years when renewing or changing the terms, always with a nice manor and professionalism. Reviewed on: 10th June 2019
