Excellent service when we took out our mortgage.

The Melton Building Society, Grantham, was extremely helpful and was one of the few lenders to offer mortgages to borrowers who would be over 70 years old at the end of the term. We wouldn't have been able to move house without the more flexible and sensible approach of the Melton. Reviewed on: 5th February 2019

We applied for a mortgage even though we do not live in the Melton area. They made the application process very easy to understand and follow.
