I was told off by my bank for sending a large cheque through the post, I explained it was an empty cheque until I heard from you so I could instruct you to transfer funds and honour it, it all worked out ok. Reviewed on: 31st October 2022

very good competitive rates of interest but took 2 weeks to open the account and impossible to contact you are not taking calls or replying to emails. Reviewed on: 31st October 2022

Everything including staff is excellent, the only minor issue is you didn't actually confirm my interest rate in the letter, your ladies answering/ responding to phone calls are outstanding, this should enable you to out manovere arrogant high st banks. Reviewed on: 31st October 2022

Impossible to speak to anyone via telephone to pursue opening of account, application and cheque posted 3/10/2022 but account opening dated 12/10/2022. I would of appreciated a text or email to acknowledge you recieveing my application. Reviewed on: 31st October 2022
