It took a few attempts to get through, however given the chaos in the money market at the moment it was expected. The staff were helpful and polite and the transactions speedy. Telephone banking is new to me, in these days of scams I would perhaps have appreciated a call to acknowledge my application had been received, although I recognise that time is money.
