Friendly, helpful staff. There was no notification that your fixed 18 month rate was closing for additional top-up - ideally you would tell us so that we could add savings, we only noticed by change. Reviewed on: 19th September 2024

On 3 occassions a POA form was not provided. Rating would have been lower if it had not been for Ruby's involvement and fair/acceptable starting date for a very delayed investment due to service failings. Reviewed on: 12th September 2024
