By far the best bank I dealt with

By far the best bank I dealt with I’ve been banking with Metrobank for 10 years now there are two branches walking distance from where I live and work – they open long hours and always friendly in fact I’m closing my account with Barclays completely and open a current account with Metro ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Service with style

My account manager at Metro bank Hounslow is someone I can rely on to always deal with my banking issues He is not a robot or an anonymous person at the end of a chat line , he is a real person who if he doesn’t know the answer will ensure that I’m connected to someone at Metro who does Ten out of Ten Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Easy processes all through

I recently opened a business account. We were signposted to the online application and the process was straightforward. However, we had a problem submitting the application but the support team was always at hand to help via phone and inside the bank. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
