We moved to Metro Bank because it offers counter staff, long opening hours and excellent customer service. We have not been disappointed, and wish we had known about them sooner. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

By far the best bank I dealt with

By far the best bank I dealt with I’ve been banking with Metrobank for 10 years now there are two branches walking distance from where I live and work – they open long hours and always friendly in fact I’m closing my account with Barclays completely and open a current account with Metro ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Service with style

My account manager at Metro bank Hounslow is someone I can rely on to always deal with my banking issues He is not a robot or an anonymous person at the end of a chat line , he is a real person who if he doesn’t know the answer will ensure that I’m connected to someone at Metro who does Ten out of Ten Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
