Customer Service is Exemplary

Great overall service

I opened a business account with Metro Bank a few years ago, having switched from NatWest Business Banking and have had a really positive customer experience up until to now. Metro Bank has been extremely understanding of my business needs, and has provided me with what feels very much like a personalised service. The bank's customer services, opening hours, and clean, well staffed branches are all things that have stood out to me when compared to other high street banks. The account works well but quite complicated to set it up

The first business account had to jump through hoops to get set up - participants not located in same area. The second account was much easier to set up because the first one was in place. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Worst bank for International SME business

Closes the accounts in short notices and when the companies are highly overdrawn. Small business go through really tough time. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Far better than Lloyds and Natwest business banking

Transferred from Natwest, easy to change. postive points: Opening hours of branch offices if need anything like cheque payments. System accessibility - no down times noticed. Interest rates higher and charges lower. Access to Client Account for business Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
