One year experience

We new customer with Metro about year experience never had any issues. Reviewed on: 8th April 2021

More muppets than in Sesame Street..

Disappointing doesn't begin to cover the sheer incompetence of this bank. We're nine months in from trying to open a charity account with them, and they are still continually frustrating our efforts to receive donations/grants and pay our suppliers. Disinterested service, unanswered complaints and general incompetence at every step. We would not recommend. Reviewed on: 8th April 2021

The future of Banking!

I have had an amazing experience with Metro Bank particularly the Edgware Branch in North London. The staff are forward thinking, supportive and efficient. Since opening both a business account and a personal account I have received nothing but service of excellence. The online and app interfaces are user friendly, transactions are smooth and the telephone banking staff are dedicated and pay lots of attention to detail which to me is so necessary in Banking and Finance. As a startup, I feel supported by the Bank and affirmed in their strategies. I have recommended that all my clients to switch over to Metro - the future of Banking! Reviewed on: 8th April 2021

Great service, easy to use interface

We opened up a business account last year. Metrobank made the process so simple and easy to understand. Since then online banking with them has been straightforward and we have not had a single issue! Customer service is always excellent when we go into our local branch.
