Very special bank

It's ok

Best for longer opening hours, as its convenient to do banking after working day . Also good rates on card transaction acceptance , staff at the counter always helpful , but greeting staff or business advisors are helpful to start with then it's always delayed and complicated usually resulting in another appointment or just talking but no outcome gets resolved Reviewed on: 31st March 2021

Best for busines

Painless banking

Business banking with Metro Bank is a successful experience through their on line and APP banking services and when required by going into a local branch to see your local Business Manager. Metro Bank are close at hand to resolve any problems you may have. Reviewed on: 31st March 2021

Accessbility

very supportive

We opened an account with Metro Bank for our Scout Group. They were extremely helpful and supportive. We also love the opening hours, as all our Adult Volunteers also hold full time jobs. This means no worries over banking Group Funds. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Metro is the best!

Metro is the bank every other bank seems to copy to be like...card replacement from since they formed, dogs allowed in and the staff and atmosphere feels different than normal stuff banks Reviewed on: 30th March 2021
