Switching Service

I am a new customer having switched from RBS scheme. I didn't expect having to go through all the application process as I assumed that it was a straight switch with the same arrangements as the ceding bank. Quite an involved and time consuming procedure. The transfer of funds and existing bank transfers (SO's etc) have all gone through smoothly so far. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

I have had excellent service and support from Metrobank, the on-boarding process was simple and personable, they have provided replacement cards in-branch in a few mins and always have helpful and supportive staff. Its a pleasure to have a bank that has some personal service and they treat you like a customer, unlike most other banks that don't seem to care. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
