A bank that has and is listening to Business

Good features in a Business bank, in print and in practice: late opening, including weekends; quick and easy to make an appointment; decisions on loan extensions, overdrafts, unexpected contingencies, etc. made quickly and sympathetically; all staff are friendly and helpful, and have the common sense to use their discretion when the customer needs them to do so - a rarity as other banks follow the rules rigidly and blindly!
