Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Easy access

When face to face service is required the extended opening hours mean I don't use valuable working hours to do admin. Rarely a queue at counter and my needs are always met efficiently. The app is very user friendly too. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Couldn't ask for more!

This bank have helped me grow my business in so many small ways. Their opening hours are fanastic, the drive through banking option is amazing, and any time I have any queries, in person and over the phone, everyone has been so helpful and explained everything clearly.
