Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Reliable and supportive

I have never had problems or complaints with services or the staff. Very polite organised and experience customer service. Transactions always on time effective and efficient. Will continue to recommend the bank. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

User friendly app

Good service

Having been a business customer at Metrobank since its early days I've often felt smug when friends 'go on' about their banking experiences. MB are among my favorite people to work with - either in their store or on the phone there's a person to speak with. The point is that I am not MB's biggest customer but I think they think I am. Anytime access

Usually in UK banking always been a confusing matter. But using Metro it’s a pleasure, they are available for longer hours so you can visit after office hours even on weekends Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Perfect Partner For Business

I’ve been in business for many years and needed a bank. They understood my needs, Metrobank was recommended to me by a friend. I found it so different to the High Street bank. You get to really speak to people who understand your business and your needs. The flexibility in the working and being able to bank and utilise the app makes my life so much better in business. I record a Metro Bank to every one of my friends, as I believe it’s the future, many of the High Street banks just don’t think outside the box anymore.
