The best service ever

In my 40 years in business I have never found a bank yet to serve my business needs as well as Metro Bank . Friendly staff, helpful managers, operates 7 days a week , you don’t need an appointment to see someone to help. On the spot account opening . Everything done swiftly, smoothly and usually with a smile. I even get offered a hot drink while I am in or waiting for a meeting . Absolutely amazing experience Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

flexible, sensible, realistic and helpful

After getting totally fed up with Barclays I decided to move my business top Metro. Having opened a personal account and a US dollar account (easy compared to most banks) I felt that I was happy to let Metro have my business account too. Once again - helpful all round.
