You can speak to real people!

Friendly accessible bank

There are relationship managers who actually respond quickly and nothing is too much trouble. Long opening hours make visits to branches easy and no long queues. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

no surveillance, no mobile phone requirements

Metro Bank allowed me to set up a business bank account without owning a mobile phone and without having to use a website that demands my network carrier information. Great for Community Business Accounts

I am the Treasurer of a Masonic Lodge. We raise money for various charitable purposes, many of them small local charities. We needed a low cost account and Metro meet all our needs. We have all the usual facilities such as a cheque book and the ability to pay in cheques and cash if we need to, but since the pandemic we do all our banking on-line and are very happy with the service we receive from Metro. Best BANK

This bank comes with great security and also with great service, any time you get a suspicious deduction out your account they send you a message to check if it is you or no, also the service is great, the application is easy to go through it dosent take skill and it’s easy for costumers who do not have a phone background for example old costumers this app can help you with that as the background colours are bright and and the writing is black and it is in a size where you can clearly see I really like this bank and I intended to stay on this bank, I would 1000% recommend this bank to everyone in the UK it’s very trust worthy and easy to sing up thank you metro bank Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
