Everything so easy!!

Cannot fault this Bank… everything is so easy with them… On the phone, via the app or in brunch. My brunch, (Romford) is very pleasant, vibrant with a bit of atmosphere and plenty of staff in the bank. They stay open a lot later than my old bank, which is always helpful… And you deal with one guy, In our case; Amit, who always picks up the phone or calls you straight back and always does what he says he’s gonna do. The App, is packed with lots of little things that make transfers and payments a lot easier. I would certainly recommend this bank to anyone that is even remotely unhappy with the one they’re at now. First Class Bank for our business.

We have been using Metro Bank for nearly 5 years. The web based banking is first class & very easy to use. in the small number of times we have called into our branch they have been polite & extremely helpful. Best bank open on weekends and sunday

Thais is by far the best bank very convenient for me and my business as I cannot do everyday banking other than the odd weekends and bank holidays, hence why I chose metro bank. 5 Stars all the way Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Easy and Simple banking experience

I was added as an accountant to a Business client account in professional manner. Also I was introduced to Metro Bank Business Banking services by providing answers to all my curious questions. Metro Bank provides a friendly customer service with a direct contact person instead of 'call to' customer service and queuing on line.
