Popping into a bank and having a leisurely chat about your finances without huge security screens and barriers. Gently asking for a credit card and going through the simple and painless instant application process. It has a nice low APR and a comfortable starter credit limit. The card is printed right there, and the bonus of picking your own PIN! Do you have any problems, want a credit increase or decrease, or want to change your PIN because you forgot it? Easy, pop into the bank, and it's sorted in 10 minutes. Your phone app allows the management of the card with ease. I have other credit cards, but this is the one I tend to use. Quick and efficient minimal faff

I am a really forgetful person and I often loose my bank card. With metro bank I can easily acquire a new card and pin in a day as cards are made in store. The costumer service is stellar the staff are always helpful and they have a good system where if the wait is going to be long they give u a code and take ur number so they can call u back meaning u can wait in your car or go shopping.
