I've never had an issue with metro, I love that they're open on sundays, The staff have always been polite, friendly and super helpful even when calling customer service. I love being with metro, I love their app as well, it's super easy to use and navigate, I can always find what I need and manage my money better than any other bank I have been with. I've been with metro bank since I was a child and my mum opened up my account, I've loved being at metro they have been a great bank with any issues preventing a fraudulent payment before it happened and when I lost my purse being able to go in and get new bank cards the same day.
