I've been with metro bank since I was a child and my mum opened up my account, I've loved being at metro they have been a great bank with any issues preventing a fraudulent payment before it happened and when I lost my purse being able to go in and get new bank cards the same day. Nothing but positive experiences with Metro Bank and their online banking system. Constant efficient support and help with any needs or questions I have. Their online banking is simple and easy to use with seamless transferring between accounts, both to mine and others.
