I have never had a bad experience with this bank, the staff are always going above and beyond to help and to ensure customer satisfaction. I’ve never had to wait longer than 10 mins to get a hold of someone and they’ve always got the answer. They’re so convenient as they cater for people who aren’t able to make it to one of their stores during normal working hours.
