Great customer service and open on Sundays!

I have been banking with Metro with for a number of years now and I have nothing but positive things to say. They have made banking easy and simple and they have brilliant customer service . When using the app, even when there has been technical difficulties, they communicate promptly when there is an issue and work hard to resolve it. Brilliant customer service

The long opening hours in branch is a god send as a teacher with set hours getting to any other bank was a nightmare. The 2 O'clock retry of taking direct debit s has also saved me on numerous occasions Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

In bank and online experience

Amazing face to face customer service, opens on a Sunday, great opening hours to suit customers who work late. I was able to open a current account straightaway also left the building with my debit card which was printed in the bank. Excellent online experience. It’s easy to manoeuvre your way around no questions asked when taking money out of your account only a simple verification is required.
