Perfect Banking

I joined MetroBank in 2020. It has been my main banking provider since and have had no trouble. Easy use of banking app and online banking. Great customer service. Great use of card internationally. Amazing

Staff always helpful, friendly and polite.

Collect currency… staff ask destination and show interest. Staff always smart.. Worked for Barclays for 33 years and standard has gone right down in service and staff appearance, attitude and knowledge. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Used to be fabulous

Used to be one of the best of the new retail banks but sadly not what I used to be. Customer services now appears to be broken down into different departments and you spend ages hanging on the phone waiting for someone who's trained for your particular question. I know they could do better. One of my pet issues is that the personal accounts aren't integrated with sage or xero.
