Great customer service!

Metro bank is now My go to bank anytime. They never disappoint any time any day. I got a job and needed a proof of address so badly, I was new to Metro bank and was so happy with the prompt response I got when I visited the bank branch. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Best bank ever

I have been with two previous banks before metro bank, all other banks unfortunately led me to leave through un authorised overdrafts and poorly customer service. Not only is metro a very reliable bank that is open every day of the week. At any time you decide to go to the bank for whatever reason, cashin in cashing out if you had lost your card (gets printed on the day) unlike other banks where you would have to wait 1-2 weeks for it in the post! Open 7days, print lost card instantly!

I love Metro Bank! It's so user friendly and convenient! Open 7days a week and later than other banks can get a replacement card on the spot too, and for free! I've always had good experiences and never encountered an unpleasant clerk. Thumbs up!! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Super accommodating
