Worst experience with transfer ISA to metro bank

Worst experience in transfer ISA since they failed to transfer to metro isa for 50 days and money already deducted at source and account got deleted. Basically they are the jokers in banking space. They dont have online transfer facility between banks and accept only cheque from source bank when you fill out transfer form. But never write a letter or confirmation even after cut off of 15 days. Excellent customer care

When my wife died, the customer service representatives really looked after me, ensuring that her accounts were successfully closed, transferred to me, and every little thing was taken care of. They even gave me a gift of a flowering plant and some chocolate. This is above and beyond what I would get elsewhere - and as my wife had multiple bank accounts, I can make direct comparisons. Metro is : clean ,eficient,secure..I has banking for children.lt has toilet facilities .food and water for your dog.pens for whoever wanted an lolypops.regarding this is super

However lm one of the first customers when they open this bank in london...and ever since l have not been able to have a credit card or a lean. All is been based on information kept on a computer They have never giving me the oportunity of they knowing me and giving me the chance of demostrate that im capable and trustworthy of having a loan or a credit card But even so l love this bank and would recomendado to anyone Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Easy, great service, fast and reliable

I had an issue, easy and fixed in 5 minutes max. In and out with my new card printed the same day! Great communication within the team to help me faster. Bristol branch is accessible, open early and evenings. Perfect for a collage student who works and doesn’t need to worry about times and rushing.
