Actually there to help you

With all banks opting for machines instead of cashiers ready to help, metro stands out of the crowd with their customer service, on hand whenever you need. No silly queues for machines you don’t know how to use or out of order machines with signs saying to try another bank. Extremely easy to set up and easy to use the app. What else can I say?! Brilliant service

Always friendly, helpful staff and management. I love the fact that Metro Bank opens 7 days a week. I like to be out and about early morning so l can do my banking before rush hour. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
