Mettle simplifies everything business banking. It's been built with business owners in mind; pots for different projects and areas of business, seamless integration with FreeAgent making accounting a tax a doddle. Mettle has saved us countless hours so that we can focus on doing the things we love and delivering for our customers. The user interface is intuitive and customer service ready to help with anything needed (which has been very little). It has made running my business much easier.

It has made running my business much easier. Great at tax time with the link to FreeAgent. I now plan ahead for large outgoings using pots, so there’s no last minute money issues. I send professional looking payment reminders to customers. I hated that job before, but it takes away any embarrassment. Reviewed on: 18th March 2026

Easy to use, no-nonsense app.

Easy to use, no-nonsense app. The pots are great, as is the API with accounting software. I don't use the transactions classification tool but I an see the benefits. Never needed customer service which is a testament initially. Reviewed on: 18th March 2026

Banking with Mettle has been easy

Banking with Mettle has been easy and I haven't experienced any problems. I can upload images of receipts or pdfs and categorise transaction from the app. The app works well on my phone. I love that I get FreeAgent with it. It's just right for my small business. Reviewed on: 18th March 2026
