I have used Mettle for the last 4 years and don’t plan on changing. Value for money as a free account, especially with cash deposits and Freeagent included is great and customer service is excellent. I love the idea of creating different money pots admit makes it much easier for saving! There have also been numerous times where I’ve had issues with transactions and they’ve been able to sort out a refund provided that I give sufficient evidence Reviewed on: 18th February 2026
