Had my account for over 3 years now, no issues, good response when I've had a query and processing as transactions is straight forward and simple. I also feel that my money is very secure and have no concerns from a security perspective. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Good connectivity with accounts software

My accountants suggested I change from TSB to Mettle so as to link with Freeagent. This works very well. My only criticism would be the lack of international payment service. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Simple, ideal for everyday use. I also like the free FreeAgent subscription it gives and its integration. I actually moved my banking from another well known company to Mettle and no regrets. There is also no unnecessary promotion emails or notifications - unlike many others. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

I think mettle is a brilliant business bank.

I think mettle is a brilliant business bank. It has brilliant features like categorising incomes and outgoings, making booking keeping super easy. You can also create invoices really easily and pair them up when you get paid. The interface is really easy to use and anyone could pick it up easily.
