Great business banking app, love being able to send invoices and match them easily. My accountant loves the compatibility with Freeagent. Referred a friend because its so great to use! Highly recommend. easy to use and get started. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Mettle is brilliant for my business needs. It was advised it by my accountant so it can link to the accounting software we use, and that connection is seamless. I’m not sure it would be the same with another bank. The fact that Mettle is backed by NatWest also means that I’ve been able to deal with some difficult third parties that don’t traditionally accept online banks. I know that full online banks wouldn’t have been accepted otherwise, so it was a relief to be able to continue business thanks to using Mettle. The customer service is really good and personable, Every time I’ve needed to be in touch. I’ve had a response to my query with no time to waste and absolute satisfaction. The app is pretty good and really easy to set up and get going, which is really what you want from a banking system for your business. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Life saver, stress reducer

Purely for the invoicing function alone, it has made my life so much easier! I travel around for work every day, but don’t always want to have my laptop with me. Having an easy and integrated way to create, store, and track invoices when I’m out and about has given me one less thing to do when I get home! Any pressure I can take off my noggin is a good thing! Great business bank account and FreeAgent software.

Great business bank account and FreeAgent software. I love it and wanna stay but due to some software restrictions you can only ever have 1 account. I want to downgrade from LTD to Sole trader but can not use Mettle at moment again if i do this. :-( Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
