Mettle has been great for my business.

Mettle has been great for my business. It's easy to use, and customer service has been great on the few times I have had to use it. Given it is a free account, the value for money is fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a business bank account. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Have used Mettle for years - highly recommend

I've used Mettle online banking for several years now and cannot fault the excellent customer service. There is always someone online (who doesn't appear to be a bot / AI) to help with queries at any given time. Plenty of warning is also given when updates to the service need to happen. The interface is good and easy to navigate and both the desktop and app are equally easy to use. The only negative is when had to switch bank accounts with Mettle, which meant all my clients address details had to be inputted again which was incredibly time consuming and tedious. If there was a way that client details could have been stored that would have saved hours of work. However, overall, I'd definitely recommend; the service, quality of product and how informative Mettle are is outstanding. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
