Review of the Monese, Money Account:

Cant even do payments/ never received the card

Im very disappointed in Monese! I need to do payments but they’re not lettting me. Reason why is because I wont receive a SMS confirmation/code, meanwhile my number is correct! I cant even transfer the money back to my other account! Now they go’n charge me monthly for something I CANT EVEN USE! They said It will take weeks/ months to solve the problem. (im not the only customer) plus I never received the card! Reviewed on: 28th October 2017

Awesome online account

I am relaxed

It's really user friendly, all of the features so easy to see and apply. No unnecessary waiting in line, money transfer between my two accounts and any other in split second. Since I have started to use Monese online banking it's the end of using traditional banking services for me. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020
