Review of the Monese, Money Account:

Cant even do payments/ never received the card

Im very disappointed in Monese! I need to do payments but they’re not lettting me. Reason why is because I wont receive a SMS confirmation/code, meanwhile my number is correct! I cant even transfer the money back to my other account! Now they go’n charge me monthly for something I CANT EVEN USE! They said It will take weeks/ months to solve the problem. (im not the only customer) plus I never received the card! Reviewed on: 28th October 2017

Great bank

Monese is a great bank, I like it because give me a possibility to have two different accounts with different currency (euro and pound) in one bank which is great for me due to the fact that I often travel to Portugal, it allows me to exchange from pounds to euro and vice versa with a great exchange rates comparing to other places. Also, the fact that the bank offers money for everyone who register with them using my personal code. It's easy and simple to use. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020
