Amazing app

The money transfer service is really good, both national and international. The only issue is getting in contact with them whenever you need support. Sometimes it can be an urgent issue and you will find it very hard to get in contact with them. Reviewed on: 6th February 2020

The Easy way is the Monese Way.

I was'nt sure about setting up a Monese account ad ive allways used high street banks,But from the start of the easy to understand application and On line support i found the account works great for me and i use it now more than anyother account i have.No complications just straight forward banking made easy to understand with added extras from time to time...whats not to love about Monese its Fantastic.Good Luck .from a very satisfied customer. Absultley amazing customer service

Ive been with monzo just short of a year! I can not fault them one bit they have been amazing since the setting up of my account down to of you just need a question answered there always there to help and they do it quickly no need for the trip to the bank just open the app and start a live chat i absultley love monzo amd will never ever ever change!!!
