Cant even do payments/ never received the card

Im very disappointed in Monese! I need to do payments but they’re not lettting me. Reason why is because I wont receive a SMS confirmation/code, meanwhile my number is correct! I cant even transfer the money back to my other account! Now they go’n charge me monthly for something I CANT EVEN USE! They said It will take weeks/ months to solve the problem. (im not the only customer) plus I never received the card! Reviewed on: 28th October 2017

We aren't quite sure what has happened here, but if you give our support team a call (monese.com/contact) they'll happily revisit this and try to help you get to the bottom of it. They stole my money, twice.

I caught them lying and they sent me fake documents, containing facts I've already proven false, so they are not very bright, just greedy. Avoid banks in general, it's the most dishonest business. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024
