I've had my 3 accounts (£, € and RON ) for about 6 years now. They are easy to manage from the same app and very useful for people that travel. You can move money instantly between the accounts with pretty good exchange rates. Reviewed on: 20th March 2024

A bank without a backup plan if you will be frauded

I've been frauded with the sum of 729. 99£ and Monesse being my bank had said they can not do nothing and it is a chance do not recover my money back either. Reviewed on: 30th November 2018

Last week on saturday my account was debited with the sum of 729£ by some scam merchant and obviously being shocked about that, just when try to contact them I find out is not possible untill Monday morning to get in touch with Monesse . However I've contact them on Monday, and since than, they keep give me different speeches like I can not get my money back or maybe should I wait for I don't know how long, to finish the all process. The most important thing is on Friday I've just got my wages of 1200 and the second day I had just 780£ on my account. Obviously the transaction which I was scammed it was 729.99. So my question is how come that was happening exactly the day after I've got my salary and exactly the amount which I had it on my account on that time. From my point of view someone who is working on Monesse had access to the customers accounts and obviously I'm wondering if I'm the only one Reviewed on: 30th November 2018
