Review of the Monese, Money Account:

Cant even do payments/ never received the card

Im very disappointed in Monese! I need to do payments but they’re not lettting me. Reason why is because I wont receive a SMS confirmation/code, meanwhile my number is correct! I cant even transfer the money back to my other account! Now they go’n charge me monthly for something I CANT EVEN USE! They said It will take weeks/ months to solve the problem. (im not the only customer) plus I never received the card! Reviewed on: 28th October 2017

We aren't quite sure what has happened here, but if you give our support team a call (monese.com/contact) they'll happily revisit this and try to help you get to the bottom of it. So sad to have an account with Monese!

So sad to have an account with Monese! I am unable to get money from the ATM because of my PIN number and also I am so disappointed that it became like this that I have to pay transaction fees for a local bank here with the same currency!
