Cant even do payments/ never received the card

Im very disappointed in Monese! I need to do payments but they’re not lettting me. Reason why is because I wont receive a SMS confirmation/code, meanwhile my number is correct! I cant even transfer the money back to my other account! Now they go’n charge me monthly for something I CANT EVEN USE! They said It will take weeks/ months to solve the problem. (im not the only customer) plus I never received the card! Reviewed on: 28th October 2017

Ideal starting bank

Monese is a ideal starting bank with more perks and options than when i started with them years ago, the 1£ transfer fee is unfortunate but overall their customer service answers quickly and havent had major problems so far. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
