Supportive, kind, and knowledgeable At my lowest ebb with bailiffs threatening removal of goods I reached out to Money wellness. Initially it was easy to set up. however after several missed calls from money wellness it was a bit stressful, but we knew they were extremely busy and they always called back to reschedule the missed appointments. I was surprised at how quick the process was. The only negative feedback I would give, is that is so very difficult to speak to a person. I spent hours on the phone the other but nobody answered. I even sent a message asking for someone to phone but didn’t get a call back till the next day. Reviewed on: 30th January 2026
