In my experience it is rather difficult to deposit money into Moneybox. A bank account must be linked which takes a few days to be approved. You can only set up a direct debit or make an instant payment from that linked account. As far as I know only one account can be linked at a time. Also it can take up to 2 days to get a reply on the chat (support) which feels more like email that instant chat.
