Incredibly easy to set up, very accessible. Interest rates incredibly competitive, excellent breakdowns of what you’re earning, how you could earn more. App and UI are industry leading. The FAQs on the app is very well written and practically answers all the common queries! I only struggled to get in touch with the customer service team with regards to SIPP but I supposed they must be super busy especially approaching the end of the current fiscal year! I opened up a lifetime ISA. The app is very intuitive and doesn’t require a lot from me unless I choose to make money more lump sum donations.
